I ordered spicy chicken strips around 3:45pm on Thursday, 9/20/2018. I felt uneasy less than 1 hour after eating and I was very sick 3 hours later. There was no question in my mind what caused my illness. Still sick 48hours later and have barely left bed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

你好-我的未婚夫昨晚晚上 9 点之前（18 月 12 日）拿起了两个小鸡-fil-A 面包屑的鸡肉三明治，大约凌晨 2 点左右，我开始感到恶心发冷。这种情况升级了，今天（18 年 12 月 19 日）的寒战恶化了 10 倍，我因吃这个三明治（多次）而剧烈呕吐，我几乎无法走路，这次事件使我非常虚弱，我的身体疼痛也不舒服。
我特别担心，因为我患有自身免疫性疾病，溃疡性结肠炎，它可能导致如此严重的并发症（无），但尤其是食源性疾病。我不希望这种情况发生在其他任何人身上。
我的未婚夫从他的三明治中胃部不舒服，但还不如我自己那么糟糕。
我以前从未经历过如此可怕的食物中毒案例。

我在 2018 年 12 月 17 日晚上 8 点半左右买了 Cobb 沙拉。
当我吃东西的时候，我意识到它味道不太好。所以我没有全部吃掉。我在 12 月 18 日白天前的清晨醒来时出现胃痛、腹泻和呕吐。
我在12月18日晚上向经理报告了这件事。从 17 日早上的早餐到吃沙拉之间我没什么可吃的。一定是沙拉。
