周日晚上，我买了 2 个 Chik-fil-A 三明治。一个给我的女朋友，一个给我。那天晚上吃完之后，第二天早上我醒来时感觉头脑轻盈，出汗加上头痛。我最终取消了工作，决定让我的胃愈合 24 小时。24 小时后，我仍然出现同样的症状，所以我不得不再次取消工作。现在今天，也就是星期二，尽管我仍然感觉很糟糕，但我还是去上班了。好吧，长话短说，我今天早些时候最终下班去看医生，他们告诉我，我的症状几乎是在说这是食物中毒。我最后一次真正吃肉或吃饭是来自 Chik-fil-A 的。我喜欢 Chik-fil-A 但这太荒谬了，因为我从那里吃东西而冒着工作的风险。我的工作现在处于危险之中。

My family and I ate chick fil a at 6:30, I ate the chick-fil-a nuggets and around 9 I started to feel nauseous, 30 min later I had diarrhea. Around 11 I threw up some of the chicken. Around 3:40 am my boyfriend also threw up and woke up sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
