I ate chicken tenders, biscuit, corn nuggets, and gravy at about 1:00 p.m. and started feeling sick to my stomach around 4:00 p.m. I started having diarrhea around then, and had two episodes of vomiting at 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Two hours after I lunched at this location, I started feeling bowel movements and reflux. During the afternoon I started with diarrhea episodes and at night the fever came.
