I stopped by Del Taco and purchased an Epic Carnitas burrito for dinner around 7 pm on 7/25/17. It tasted a little weird so I ate half and I threw the rest away. Around 2am this morning I woke up with nausea and diarrhea until 4am when… 更多

On July 2, I ordered the chicken nachos. Seven hours later I was violently ill The vomiting and diarrhea went on for about nine hours !
If you look at these other Del taco and trees you will see there seems to be a common theme of bad chicken!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
