1 小时半，我吃了沙拉后生病了。我一整天都没吃过我知道是沙拉让我生病这是可怕的，一旦我吐了这一切，我觉得我仍然不得不呕吐和腹泻。我之前曾经有过胃虫，但从来没有食物中毒，我知道它比任何时候我在我的生活中呕吐过更糟糕，我不希望它在任何人身上。

雀巢食用饼干面团
9/30/20 吃了一些雀巢食用饼干面团。饼干面团是从买的。9 月 29 日的冷藏部分，并保存冷藏。

大约 4 小时后，我和我的 2 个孩子吃了一些，我的女儿变得非常恶心，呆在厕所大约 30 分钟，直到她去躺下。大约 2 小时后，我突然变得非常恶心（我唯一可以记住曾经是恶心的时间是怀孕 8 年前），我不得不放下，那是大约一个小时前，我仍然躺下，感觉很讨厌。我儿子到目前为止感觉很好孩子们和他们的父亲呆了 2 天，所以我们第一个人觉得生病之前唯一吃的东西就是可食用的饼干面团。
