我和我丈夫在 12 月 30 日星期日的消防站吃了午餐。星期一我们俩醒来时都感到恶心。他星期一早上开始呕吐，就像那天那天有 5 次。我星期一早上开始腹泻（6 次），星期一晚上开始出现严重的胃痛。我目前还怀孕 35 周。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

I went there and order the Hero Sub, it was fine, but 2-3 hours kater I began to have vomiting and diarrhea, the symptoms have gotten worse, I guess they didn’t refrigerate or process the food properly, maybe a hygiene issue.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I went to my local firehouse on October 12 at around 6pm. Immediately after I ate I had a stomach ache that lasted all night. At 3am I woke up throwing up everywhere. I threw up about 12 times in a 2 hour span. And was having diarrhea. I had to go to the ER.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
