今天 9 点 50 分左右我买了香肠、豆类和奶酪融化。我的朋友也带来了同样的东西，大约下午 1 点左右，我开始出现胃痉挛，直到我从大学送回家的地步。随着时间的推移，我感觉一周，抽筋和腹泻很严重。大约一个小时后，我的朋友也抱怨同样的痛苦。

Bought a steak and cheese roll while out shopping with my son. It was the only thing I had chance to eat that day as we were very busy.....by 7pm I was vomiting and had a fever. Won't be buying again  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

ate the steak roll, only thing is eaten in a few days, got home about an hour later desperate for the loo, when I went to toilet I got nausea sweating and projectile vomiting. I could taste Greggs the whole time. dirty  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a ham salad from greggs like i do any other day but after eating it i became to start to feel very unwell and was sick and my whole family was sick too as they had greggs too and they r normally fine but it made every 1 in my house sick  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate a cold steak and cheese roll yesterday and have been vomiting the whole day. I know it was Gregg's as this was the only thing I ate alone as every other house hold memebrr is fine . so is NOT my cooking at home was defo that cold steak :(  | 症状: 呕吐
