I believe it was a Grub Hub delivery. A power bowl with steak, extra black beans and cheese, I ate it at 8:30pm 11/17/19. I began feeling ill around 10 am 11/18/19. I began vomiting. had 103.0 degree fever, stomach pain and watery diarhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐, 头痛, 胃痛

I think it was the delivery people who passed this to me, since the orders were from two different restaurants, Ordered from Zoup on Friday night, violently ill all day Saturday. Ordered from how ah on Monday night, violently ill on Tuesday. Both were delivered by Grubhub.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

我是从 Grubhub 订购的，食物在下午 6 点 40 分左右到达。我和我丈夫在凌晨 2 点左右都因呕吐和腹泻而生病。我们两个人都不能保持水下来而且我们脱水了。我在上午 8 点 45 分左右去了紧急护理并得到了一些 Zofran，这有帮助。下午 1 点 30 分左右我丈夫带到那里，他们还给了他 Zofran，这有帮助。

去年从这里吃了食物之后，我生病了这样（但不那么严重）。

太遗憾了，因为我们喜欢食物。
