i had these seaweed chips at around 7pm and at about 9 vomiting started. Then at around 1 this morning the diarrhea began. Essentially fuck this day to hell. Been up all night with the worst symptoms  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate the take home lobster bisque last night and felt a bit queasy all night. I woke up in the middle of the night and vomited soon after. I drank some almond milk to kill the taste and threw that up later in the night. Have felt naseaous most of today  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

从 HEB 熟食店，我得到了一份蒸粗麦粉沙拉，里面有羊乳酪，西红柿和菠菜。它说三份就足够了。我从商店回家后就吃了一份，然后把塑料容器放进冰箱里。第二天，我吃了剩下的午餐。到了晚餐时间，我被腹泻和恶心打中。这很快就变成了弹丸呕吐、发冷、高烧和严重的身体疼痛。两天来，我觉得自己快死了。我还是头疼，感觉有点绿，但我感觉好多了。有人应该检查熟食店的温度或清洁度，因为那里出了点严重错误。
