7 月 28 日星期六用西兰花购买了鳕鱼和切土豆，标签为 7 月 31 日 “卖出”。我按照指示烤了它，然后在星期一晚上把饭带去上班。吃了 3/4 的饭后大约 4 小时我开始胃痛。我在星期二早上 7 点 15 分左右下班回家，我恶心很严重，在 9 点 30 分左右开始呕吐，然后是腹泻。我也有严重的头痛和全身虚弱。
