HEB Greek Yogurt- Baked apple flavor, Just myself. Got sick the first day I ate it about 30 minutes after eating. Tried the yogurt again today and got sick again about 30 minutes after eating it  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻

我和我的女儿在下午 4 点左右参观了 H-E-B，我们收到了香肠和 Dr. Pepper 烧烤酱的样品。样本中只包含大约 3 小片香肠。晚上 9 点左右，我开始感到恶心，我的女儿抱怨头痛。到晚上 10 点 30 分，我们都在呕吐，并且在整个晚上的其余时间里每小时都在呕吐。我们列出了当天吃的所有东西的非常详尽的清单，我们唯一的共同点是 H-E-B 香肠样本。

Ate one Gulf Coast Crab Roll from the sushi place at 5pm yesterday and started vomiting at 7pm. Diarrhea began shortly after & was simultaneous with the vomit. Last bout of diarrhea was 6am. Both were bloody. Dizziness, profuse sweat & fatigue accompanied it all. It was… 更多

I got cut up steak from heb on 400 north new Braunfels on San Antonio I got food poisoning I had other meat I bought on the 17 of November took it back cause it was black I been sick for 4 days  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
