On july 7 2019 around 5pm, my pregnant wife ate two doubles and a chocolate shake while i had half a cheeseburger. By 1130pm i was puking and by 130am she was puking. I was and still am fighting diarrhea all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Bought hamburger last nite (7/7/19) and got food poisoning. (I have the receipt). after consuming about 1 hr later (around 11pm), started vomiting. Several episodes of vomiting continued until about 3 in the morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered a double double, grilled+whole onions, extra tomato's around 6/7? Ate it with their fries. Had symptoms of food poisoning the following day. The food was not digested and I threw it up in the morning. I also had diarrhea around 4/5AM before puking around 9AM  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

At around 5:30, I ate a burger with grilled onions, chopped chilies, and spread. I also had fries and a strawberry shake. After that, maybe about 30 minutes later, my stomach started to feel uncomfortable, but i thought it was nothing. Throughout the night, it started hurting… 更多

我们三个人在这里吃饭... 我哥哥是第一个出现胃痉挛和腹泻的人。他只有最后一天... 我和我女儿的症状是第二天开始的。她只持续了一天，但我的还在进行中！我的第一天真是可怕的腹泻、恶心和严重的头痛！我们都觉得食物的味道真的不像以前那样好。不得不说，在第二天，我还在经历可怕的抽筋和腹泻... 不要以为我会再在那里吃东西！

I purchased a hamburger and fries. I ate my food and within hours I became ill with chills, fever, severe stomach pain, I came down with chills and a fever within 4 hours . Stomach pain and diarrhea stayed with me for three days. I just kept to liquids of lemon and ginger water and bread.  | 症状: 发烧, 腹泻, 胃痛, 寒战
