我买了鸡肉沙拉我和妈妈两个小时后她生病了然后那天晚上晚些时候我生病了因为呕吐和腹泻我不得不错过工作真的很糟糕这种情况发生在 2022 年 9 月 26 日星期一，今天是 2022 年 9 月 29 日，现在我们还有黑色腹泻而且还觉得我们肚子里很恶心

不确定。我们 4 人的派对中有 3 人生病了。花园沙拉中的半烤鸡肉、烧烤三明治和猪。没有生病的男人吃了同样的沙拉。我们在那里吃饭后 24、26 和 28 小时生病了。

I bought food from there and I am very sick. We ate the half white chicken with mac n cheese. We both began to have pain in the stomach and then diarrhea. Also feeling nauseous.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛
