McDonalds chicken nuggets, I had chicken nuggets from McDonald’s for dinner while my husband had a quarter pounder. He’s fine but I’m up all night with nausea and constipation so much I can’t sleep and feel awful. It started about 4-5 hours after I ate there.  | 症状: 恶心, 便秘

19 年 3 月 16 日，我自己和我的全家人都从麦当劳那里得到食物中毒。在一个小时内，我们都经历了腹泻和呕吐。我 5 岁的儿子现在（19 年 3 月 17 日）发烧、发冷、恶心、头痛和腹泻。再也不会在这里吃饭了！  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 寒战

Chicken and cheese burger and nuggets, I bought my child Happy meal with 6 nuggets with vanilla milkshake and Chicken and cheese burger and ever since he ate that he was complaining of stomach ache and then he vomited after some time and has vomited three times already.  | 症状: 呕吐
