晚上 7 点左右，我在麦当劳幸运广场吃了 Fillet-o-fish 餐和麻风薯条和冰柠檬茶。晚上 10 点左右，我在家里感到肿胀和胃部不适。即使上床睡觉后，由于胃部不适，我也无法入睡，然后突然我感到凌晨 2 点呕吐的冲动。
猜我把整顿饭都呕吐了。呕吐后我感觉好多了。但是早上只有 3 次腹泻。早上去看医生去吃药。

Selects and fries meal.
Was colder than usual so I just left the rest and stopped eating
Left work early the next day due to feeling too sick
Loss of appetite
Vomited once
Have diarrhoea
Fever (sweating forehead)
Nausea on many occasions

2019 年 1 月 27 日星期日下午 3 点 30 分左右，我的父母购买了四分之一磅重的重量和一台巨无霸在那里吃。我妈妈吃了第一口后发现了一种奇怪的味道。她把包子摘下来，看见肉是生的。她把它带到收银员那里然后给她看了。收银员说她会再煮一点，但是给了她新的四分之一磅。几个小时后，我妈妈开始感到恶心。她呕吐并出现腹泻直到第二天凌晨 4 点。她很恶心，整个星期一都有胃痉挛。她什么都吃不了，当她尝试的时候她无法按住它。几个小时后，我父亲出现了胃痛，整个晚上都变得更糟。1月29日星期二上午，他多次腹泻，非常痛苦。

吃完饭后不到 30 分钟我就开始胃痛了。
在吃完饭后的 3 小时内，我经历了呕吐、腹泻和胃痉挛。
那天我没什么可吃的了，因为我不吃早餐。
我已经通过社交媒体联系了商家，但他们没有回复。
