我在 2018 年 11 月 12 日星期一晚上 8 点左右吃了 McDouble。大约 3 小时后开始出现胃痉挛和疼痛，然后整晚呕吐到第二天早上。去了急诊室，因为所有的呕吐在我的食道里有一个洞，可以让空气逸入我的胸腔。11月14日还在医院里还有一些腹泻和发烧。

My wife and I had the M.c Rib sandwich this past Sunday. With thin a few hours we felt nausea and then.progressed into vomiting and diareahea. We had this condition for 48 hours. We were on vacation and missed our flight home to Iowa be a cause of this. .  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

11 月 11 日下午 3 点左右，我在旅行时吃了一个巨无霸和一些随餐附带的薯条。我的胆量过了 3-4 小时后感到非常不舒服。晚上晚些时候，我的上胃道感觉像是一个巨大的气泡或压力，我根本无法通过太多。第二天，我注意到我的胃/上消化道疼痛。第 3 天我还有痛苦。自从广告保持健康的养生方式以来，我没有吃过任何快餐。我希望这种情况能够自行消退，但认为如果明天不过去看医生，我的下一步行动可能是我的下一步行动。我很疲劳，只是想在一天中大部分时间里 curl 缩躺下来。我有 1 回合的大便和正常的 BM，但疼痛并没有减轻。
