Food from here. It was the double mushroom chicken. Ate double mushroom chicken entree and several hours later I became violently sick. Diarrhea and then vomiting followed by nausea. All I can do is drink fluids to keep myself going.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 食欲不振

We got some food last night around 6-7 pm, went to bed and early morning around 4 am my husband have abdominal cramps, and diarrhea. Later, in the morning he still suffering with diarrhea, vomiting and fever. He hasn’t eaten anything else because he feels really bad.   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋
