I ordered a medium Mediterranean chicken delete pizza yesterday and cooked it per instructions. A few hours later I had diarrhea and still have it the next morning along with stomach cramps  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

Picked up a pizza and a salad today. Sever stomach cramps for several hours so far, expiration date on Salad 9/13. Should have checked before I ate it and they shouldn’t have expired salads out for purchase  | 症状: 恶心, 抽筋

Pizza, I ordered 2 pizzas. One for my husband and myself and a “Mini Murph” for my daughter. Drove home, baked them, and ate them. She only had 2 little slices cuz she said it didn’t taste quite right. Went to bed, and by 4:00am she started vomiting and by 6:00am the diarrhea kicked in.   | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻

香肠和意大利辣香肠披萨也是培根和墨西哥胡椒披萨。半夜我 6 岁的孩子在呕吐。到了早上我自己，妻子和 1 岁的孩子都在做同样的事情。现在两端都因胃痛而被击中  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛
