Pizza, I ordered 2 pizzas. One for my husband and myself and a “Mini Murph” for my daughter. Drove home, baked them, and ate them. She only had 2 little slices cuz she said it didn’t taste quite right. Went to bed, and by 4:00am she started vomiting and by 6:00am the diarrhea kicked in.   | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

Sausage and pepperoni pizza also a bacon and jalapeño pizza. In the middle of the night my 6 year old was vomiting. By morning myself, wife and 1 year old all doing the same. now were being hit from both ends with bad stomach pains  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
