Mongolian beef at noon. Food set on my stomack and restless all night...diarrhea and finally vomited at 2:00 am all Mongolian food. Still had diarrhea all morning. Still haven’t eaten all day except for sprite., After earing at 12:30 till sbout 3 when i felt icky to stomach.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻

2019 年 3 月 14 日星期四，我订购了普通照烧鸡肉，里面有额外的鸡肉、炒饭、没有红柿子椒和洋葱。食物味道和闻起来都很好。食用大约四个小时后，我开始感到炎热和恶心。我也开始频繁排便，大便非常松动和腹痛。开始大约一个小时后，我开始大量呕吐。从 3 月 15 日星期五午夜到上午 7 点，我一直在呕吐和排便 7 个小时。由于仍然感到不适和虚弱，我错过了那个工作日期。我咨询了同事，最近他们都没有这样生病。我家里也没有人。
