我们吃了亚洲鸡肉沙拉和鸡肉垫泰。我们相信那是亚洲鸡肉沙拉，非常严重的头痛和腹部疼痛。发烧和发冷。我们在那里吃了午饭... 下午 1 点 30 分左右，我们俩都在今天早上 5 点醒来跑去洗手间呕吐。我们整天都在呕吐。我们也有腹泻。我们的胃和头部受伤了但到目前为止没有呕吐了

我在 19 年 7 月 13 日下午 5 点左右收到了食物，不久之后我的肚子出现腹胀和不适，我想可能吃得太快了。第二天早上 3 点左右晚些时候，我从睡眠中醒来时小腹剧烈疼痛，不得不跑到洗手间然后开始呕吐物并出现液体腹泻。昨晚我只吃了烤蜂蜜的鸡肉和传统蔬菜作为晚餐，我也可以在呕吐的地方看到它们的食物颗粒。

Friday evening had the crab wontons. I was the only one in our party of 6, who had them. All the classic signs of food poisoning appeared about 6 hours later. It is now early Monday morning and still not feeling well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Every time I eat here I get severe diarrhea-I can’t even make it home before I have to go. Doesn’t matter what I eat...ginger broccoli chicken, lettuce wraps, eggs rolls, etc. Doesn’t happen at PF Chang’s, only Pei Wei. Today was the worst ever.  | 症状: 腹泻
