I had 2 piece white, spicy with red beans and rice, biscuit and Diet Pepsi. He had chicken sandwich with dirty rice. Sweet tea. Both experienced same symptoms 15 minutes later  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Slaw The slaw looked very stringy when i took the lid off. When i dug my fork in,it had stringy stuff. Like the mayo was really stringy like. When i tasted it,it tasted off. Almost like bitter. I felt sick right away and threw it away  | 症状: 恶心

下午 5 点 30 分左右我吃了温和的鸡肉、红豆和 Cole slaw 吃晚饭。凌晨 2 点 30 分我开始从头痛、腹泻、呕吐和胃部极端抽筋开始..
我的腹部仍然是血腥的腹泻和头痛。呕吐已经过去了，但是偶尔我会变得干燥的天空。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 血色凳子, 抽筋
