晚餐时我吃了一份简单的烤鸡肉沙拉，发现沙拉里有一个看起来很奇怪的豆子。把它捡出来然后继续吃东西。然后我注意到鸡肉有点软，就像里面的黏糊糊一样，但是鸡肉的外部像煮熟过一样坚硬。饭后大约 3 小时我开始感到不适。它始于呕吐和发冷，第二天早上呕吐、疼痛和腹泻后大约 24 小时。

我吃了他们的 A1 汉堡和炸玉米饼汉堡，然后几个小时我胃痛和呕吐非常严重，我点了外卖，只有我一个人，几个小时之内我就生病了  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 胃痛

I ate a chicken salad, Couple of hours after consuming the food, I started feeling nauseous. So driving back home, I had to pull over and threw up 3 times. When I got home, I threw up 5 times and I still am.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
