My teenage son had the cantina chicken burrito from Taco bell friday evening. Within a few hours he was violently ill throwing up and diarrhea. It is now sunday and he still has diarrhea and doesn't feel well. Multiple people on a kalamazoo Facebook group have confirmed… 更多

I ordered food from Taco Bell (TB-Mobile DT, Newark, DE) on 04/24/2026 at approximately 10:41 PM (Order #910245).

The order included a Crunchwrap Supreme, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito, and a Baja Blast Zero.

I ordered a taco supreme and a cantina chicken taco at approximately 10:30pm on Friday, April 24, 2026. Within 4 hours, I suffered severe stomach pains, vomiting, and diarrhea. It continues even now almost 8 hours later.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 抽筋
