I got 2 5 layer beefy burritos and 2 soft tacos. The next morning insole up nauseous and a day later diarrhea and it is still going on. I lack insurance and now have to find a way to get the money so I can medical help.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我的丈夫和我在 11:30 订购了炸玉米饼铃铛。我从美元菜单上订购了三层玉米片。我丈夫从美元菜单上点了炸薯条墨西哥卷饼和切碎的鸡肉墨西哥饼。到下午 1 点，我们俩都在不同的地方，都感觉到 nasuea 和胃酸倒流。到了 3p，我们俩都头疼了。我丈夫一直在呕吐，我们俩都患有 nasuea 和 diarriaha 以及头痛。现在快到晚上 7 点半了，我们还是感觉很恐怖

I had Taco Bell for lunch today. I thought I was having an allergic reaction to the TB test I took this morning, but it turns out my body was not a fan of the tacos. I became sick within an hour of eating and have vomited 4 times and the rest is just coming out. Won't be eating here again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
