下午 4 点吃了辣椒奶酪卷饼和一点牛排烤馅卷饼。晚上 8 点 50 分被腹泻、胃痉挛和恶心击中。晚上 9 点呕吐了几次然后出汗。现在发冷了-别发烧了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 寒战, 出汗, 发烧

吃完食物大约四十分钟后，我开始腹部抽筋。然后我开始排便，显然因为完全松动而生病了，几秒钟后出现了弹丸呕吐。我上床睡觉了，每隔一个半小时我就会呕吐一个松散而水汪汪的 bm。上午 3 点 30 分打电话给工作，将轮班的一半时间召集为 pedi 家庭保健护士。把你扔到 930 从 330... 4 到 5 次。已经服用了 pepto.. immodium 然后两个都被扔掉了。中午被打电话去上班了星期一上班时，我发烧了 100.3 腋窝，用小剂量服用了阿维尔和水，因为大量的腋窝使我在工作中呕吐。星期一晚上不再呕吐。没什么可吃的。试着喝汤。恶心了... 完全停止进食。第 3 天目前恶心只消耗电解质持久性有机污染物和水

Ordered three bean and cheese burritoes at with extra onions, I vommited Profusely 15 minutes after eating, with a Painful Stomache Ache halfway through the second burritto. My girlfriend who ate one burrito had diarhea at the same exact time and still very nausious and uncomfortable.  | 症状: 呕吐

I ate 2 crunchy taco supremes at about noon. I started feeling nausea around 6:00-6:30pm. I threw up about every hour starting at about 7:00 until about 3:00am, accompanied by diarrhea about half the time.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
