7/2/15 pm - me and my wife ordered Taco's. My wife 1 hard shell, me 2 soft taco and a Mexican pizza.
7/3/15 am - both me and my wife had upset stomachs. We both had diarrhea for 2 days.

昨晚我和哥哥一起吃了，我拿到了 5 美元的盒子，我们去了公园，晚上 9 点半左右吃了。好吧，今天早上我醒来时感觉真的很臃肿，我的背部受伤太严重了。我去洗手间发现我的脸是红色的，我知道我有东西。我不停地上厕所最糟糕的是我开始呕吐。背部疼痛似乎恶化了，但这确实是有史以来最后一次获得 Taco Bell。

I had a burrito supreme with chicken, I started to get sick within 1 hour. I had a fever of 102, I threw up 17 times, I went to the bathroom 13 times. I still feel sick 2 days later  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
