我吃了一个酥脆的牛肉卷饼作为晚午餐。睡前我开始觉得很糟糕。半夜我醒来时胃痛严重。接下来的一整天都充满了呕吐物和腹泻以及胃痉挛，没有发烧。我已经到了第二天，开始感觉稍微好一点。刚才拿着饼干。

At around 10AM May 28, 2018, I ordered and ate a veggie burrito from the Taco Time in the Lawson Mall in Saskatoon. Just before 4:00PM, I started having bouts of diarrhea with nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我们停下来买了一个软牛肉炸玉米饼和两个酥脆的牛肉炸玉米饼。服用后约 2 小时持续了一整夜的极度腹痛和腹泻。甚至不能把水压下来。非常虚弱和摇晃，没能吃东西。喝一小口水和姜汁汽水，但不能起床。
