在 4 个月前我第一次尝试之后，我想再试一袋芝麻蜂蜜腰果。我的厨房里有一把，一秒钟我对自己说，这些味道就像浸在汽油里一样，我还在厨房里，不到 3 分钟，我就吐了。我拿起洗碗巾把它从舌头上拿下来，然后我仍然尝到了呕吐和汽油的味道，所以我把手指放在喉咙里，以确保我把腰果扔掉了，然后再次吐出来，然后吃了一些饼干。我把收据从垃圾里拿出来，还把腰果扔出去，把几像素的坚果放在垃圾里，然后拿走了几像素的袋子和日期... 糟糕的经历！再也不会在那里购物了！

I grilled, like I always do, a mesquite rubbed salmon and sauted' healthy 8 vegetables and ate them. Normal dinner time about 6:00 PM, and later in the night (about 1:00 am) I woke up nauseous and had to throw up. I was miserable all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
