我点了一个加了波霸和能多益的巴西莓碗，还有一个加了生姜的牛油果奶昔。吃完巴西莓碗大约一小时后，我开始胃痉挛。我没有喝完整杯奶昔，所以决定把剩下的倒掉。痉挛开始后大约15分钟，我开始感到恶心。吃完碗后大约一个半小时，我不得不在路边停车呕吐，然后20分钟后又吐了一次。当我回到家时，我不得不立即去厕所腹泻。在吃那个碗和奶昔之前我感觉很好。
