Ordered a Dragon Fruit Smoothie and a Baja Chicken wrap with no onions. 30 minutes later developed a headache. An hour later I was having diarrhea and nausea. About an hour and a half later I was projectile vomiting with all of the other symptoms  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛

我和我丈夫星期五晚上在那里吃了晚饭。几个小时后，我们俩都变得非常恶心，发冷、发烧、腹部痉挛、食欲不振、腹泻和呕吐！！！太糟糕了！！！今天是星期天晚上，我们还很恶心！！！
