parmesean chicken salad, Had the 1/2 portion parm chicken salad with 2 dressing packets and a glass of ice water. About an hour later I felt nauseous. I went to the bathroom to have a bm. an hour later After that went back to bathroOmaha and purged entire salad.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets and ate a little of each. Within about an hour I was feeling horribly sick to my stomach and a little more time passed and I ended up in the bathroom for over an hour. My stomach feels like I ate nails. Won't be returning!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
