I had the 4 for 4 crispy chicken but with the nuggets and fries and honey mustard and the natural lemonade. This happened Tuesday August 20th 2019. After eating it that same night I had diarrhea and the following 2 days after I was constantly going to the toilet throughout the whole day.  | 症状: 腹泻

Ate the spicy nuggets and two grilled chicken wraps. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating, stomach hurting. Sat on the toilet for an hour, then rotated to sitting on the floor and throwing it all up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗
