I went to Wendy's on my lunch break around 10:30 AM & I got 10 piece chicken nugget with fries and a drink and now I'm throwing up while I have diarreah. It's torture right now. It just now started happening and I'm not sure what to do cause I've only had food poisoning once in my life.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

October 14th, 2016, my whole family went to Wendy's. My daughter and I are the only one I got the Junior bacon cheese burgers we're the only ones that got sick, that night throwing up and diarrhea We got food about 4:15 and started noticing getting sick about midnight.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

i did not even finish my chicken nuggets because they started to taste funny. i took a nap and woke up to take a shower and when i woke up i had the worst stomach cramps and have been in the bathroom for over an hour now.  | 症状: 腹泻
