I ate the spicy chicken nuggets from Wendy’s and then a few hours later I had the worst diarrhea of my life while simultaneously throwing up all over the place and it got so bad to where I had to wear a diaper and I was up all night, pooping myself, and throwing up on myself  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛
