حصلت على وعاء سوفريتاس مع الأرز البني، كل من الفاصوليا والقشدة الحامضة والجبن لتناول العشاء. في غضون ساعة كنت أعاني من تشنج شديد وغثيان. لم أستطع النوم لمدة 8 ساعات ثم بدأ الإسهال والقيء. بعد ساعات ما زلت أعاني من الإسهال ولكن القيء قد هدأ.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, قيء, تشنجات
