Ordered a bowl with brown rice, black beans, carnitas, hot salsa and cheese. I didn't eat at chipotle for about a year, wasn't sick before hand and after eating it I felt ok. Now I have a 100-101 fever, in pain and Im going to the hospital.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Ate at chipotle at 5:30 PM yesterday, burrito bowl, brown rice, no beans, sofritas and chicken, extra fajita, extra pico, hot sauce, and half sour cream. Woke up in the morning with terrible clear diarrhea, stomach cramps, no fever but mild body aches, and lower back pain.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate at 7pm Arizona time, I had a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. The symptoms started around 11 pm, but I didn't throw up and diarrhea until 530 am the next morning  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I ate at samosa house (silver lake) that afternoon around 1pm. I had brown rice & veggie chicken. That evening I bought potato/bacon soup & cherub tomatoes from Vons. I ate a couple cherub tomatoes & a bowl of soup around 11pm. I started to feel nauseated… 更多

3 月 20 日星期日，晚上 7 点左右。我有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有肉食、糙米、黑豆、奶酪和生菜。我离开时感觉还好。一小时之内感觉恶心。在 11 点左右醒来扔掉。每两个小时呕吐一次直到早晨，然后开始发烧和头痛。下午涨到 102 或 103，但那天晚上坏了。今天是第三天，我摇摇欲坠，虚弱，但我正在好转。我打电话给医生，他证实食物中毒很可能是原因。
