Due to a hectic day all I was able to consume was a barbacoa burrito with black beans, brown rice, cheese, sour cream, and medium salsa from chipotle grill. I had really watery diarrhea two hours after consumption. This morning I was at work feeling really nauseous so I left and came home then immediately fell asleep. An hour later the vomiting started. Ate lunch at 1:30 pm, Chicken Bowl Chicken Bowl, Brown Rice,Black Beans,Pico de Gallo
Hot Salsa, Shredded Cheese had elevated heart rate all throughout day (fitbit) and by evening came the stomach cramps, nausea , diarreah, violent vomitting by midnight, continued high heart rate vomitting and diarrhea.
