16 年 3 月 8 日，我和我的未婚夫和她爷爷一起去了 chipolte。我像平常一样点菜。相反，我有一个碗通常会得到一个墨西哥卷饼。我有糙米，黑豆，没有肉因为我想要高克，我得到了烤蔬菜，还有生菜和奶酪。吃完那个地方大约 1-2 小时后，我的肚子疼了，我一点也不舒服。在我大便之前我必须跑到洗手间。这是极具爆炸性的！我必须去我的未婚夫 © 祖父母家。我以为就是这样，我把它全部都撒了出来。不！我错了。到家 30 分钟后，我头晕目眩，不得不赶上洗手间，因为我开始呕吐所有东西，我一直呕吐并感到恶心，这是世界上最糟糕的感觉。以为你可能会生病但不会生病。从下午 3 点到 9 点我都有这种感觉。我仍然感到恶心但没有呕吐。我的财务状况检查了我的发烧，现在是 103.4。如果我还有这种感觉，明天 3 月 9 日我会去看医生。

I bought a chicken bowl with brown rice, both beans, and with all the sauces, cheese, and guac. After eating the bowl I immediately threw it back up. Over the course of a few days I was severely sick. I visited my doctor who diagnosed my sickness as salmonella.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
