我在下午 3 点半左右在这个 chipotle 地点吃过饭。我有一个碗里有鸡肉、糙米、黑豆、温和的莎莎酱、生菜、奶酪和酸奶油。凌晨 3 点醒来时出现恶心、抽筋，然后是腹泻和呕吐。我感到非常厌恶和失望，因为最近我没有听说这个地点有突破事件。

昨天下午 6 点左右，我吃了一个牛排碗，里面放着糙米、黑豆、温和的莎莎酱、奶酪、鳄梨调味酱和一点酸奶油。9 点左右，我感觉有点生气。我在 9 点 30 分左右上床睡觉，大约在 11:30 左右醒来，胃痉挛不好，腹泻两次。我整夜都在抽筋直到早上 8 点左右。我今天感觉好一点，但仍然有消化不良的感觉。

I had a salad with Romane, brown rice, black beans, chicken, avacado, corn, a little bit of corn, and the red hot sauce salsa around 8:30 on March 3,2016. Around 4 AM I started having diarrhea and now 8 AM I feel nauseous. Along with wanting to vomit. It's horrible!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
