Ordered the Aztecs de Oro salad - rice, black beans, jack-cheddar cheese, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo and chicken. Started feeling queasy immediately after eating. Vomiting and loose motions within 30 mins.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
