I'm the initial reporter's husband. We both got sick late Thursday night. As of today (Monday), I finally feel like I'm recovering.

Chicken & Beef Illness Suspect

Yesterday. One had a chicken sandwich, the other a Whopper and we both got sick within hours. So maybe tomato, lettuce, fries, or mayo? Or bad chicken and beef. Additional symptoms are headache, probably fever, joint pain.
