Yesterday. One had a chicken sandwich, the other a Whopper and we both got sick within hours. So maybe tomato, lettuce, fries, or mayo? Or bad chicken and beef. Additional symptoms are headache, probably fever, joint pain. | Symptoms: Fever, Headache, Joint Pain, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
