I went to this place In the Vons Shopping Center on Sunday the 27th. My wife contacted their Headquarters in Newport Beach, CA. They directed me to send info to an email. They have disregarded our reaching out with no reply.

Beef Burrito Bowl Illness

I went here on Mar. 2nd. Not long after I ate the beef burrito bowl, my stomach hurt and I had a severe diarrhea. I felt vomiting for the rest of the day and my diarrhea continued till next day. I swear that I will never go to here anymore.

Repeat Food Poisoning Incident

This is the second time I had food poisoning after eating at this restaurant. I have eaten there many times and had no problem. But the only times I have had food poisoning is after eating at this same restaurant. Terrible stomach cramping, nausea, fever and diarrhea.
