Ate chipotle for lunch yesterday. Headache and nausea started a few hours later. Bloated and stomach growling for the next 12 hours. Still on going the next day.

I ate around 3:00 pm on February 11th. I ate the bowl with the rice, beans, ground tofu, veggies, sour cream, pico, romaine lettuce and avocado. My stomach started to feel strange around 7:00 pm. I started vomiting, sweating a lot and got chills at 8:30 pm…
