Taco Trio Triggers Diarrhea

I ordered three tacos with chicken, white rice, black beans, cheese, salsa, and lettuce. At 6:50 PM on 9/13/17. At 3:15 AM I had diarrhea, at 5:47 AM I had more, At 6:36AM I had another load, and at 7:23 AM I had another load.
