2/21/16 @ 1:00PM: ordered a chicken bowl to go (chicken, white rice, lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and corn). Symptoms started around 2:50PM, continuing through 6:36PM when I decided to report my food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
