I had a bowl for lunch with chicken, rice, salsa, lettuce, and cheese. Early the next morning I woke up with watery diarrhea, nausea, no appetite, and an aching body. These symptoms have continued and I am going on day 2 now.

Child Ill Post-Chicken Bowl

My 6 year old is violently ill after eating a chicken bowl. 2 bours later she was crumpled in a ball with terrible cramps. I gave her anti nausea meds. Instead of throwing up she is in pain. So upset at you, Chipotle! Never again.
