My boyfriend ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice steak, chicken, lettuce, and cheese and I got a chicken quesadilla and we both ended up with extreme stomach pain and diarrhea for the next few days. My boyfriend also had a bad fever afterward.

Had here for lunch 3/30. Next day, woke up with nausea early morning and had recurring diarrhea throughout the morning. Unclear if this is the origin or not.
