Chipotle Meal: Burps, Diarrhea

I ate at Chipotle yesterday 1-30-2019 for lunch. By 5-6 pm I could sense something was wrong from excessive smelly burps and stomach discomfort. By the time I got home, started diarrhea and lasted all evening and all night till this morning.

I got a rice bowl at 7:45pm last night. Rice, corn, tomatoes and chicken. This morning I felt sick as soon as I woke up. Vomited 3 times already.

I went to Chipotle on the evening of July 6 and ordered a chicken burrito bowl (brown/white rice, chicken, black beans, peppers/onions, salsa (regular/mild) and guacamole. About 1 hr later, I my stomach started hurting. By 5am the next morning, I had a fever and loose stools.…
